Freed from the curse of the Black Pearl, Captain Jack Sparrow is suddenly confronted with his past. Thirteen years earlier, Jack signed a pact with Davy Jones, the master of the seven seas. In exchange for his soul, the latter promised him the command of the mythical Black Pearl. Today, Jones comes to collect his debt. But giving his soul to Jones is without redemption, there is no redemption possible, it is to become like all the members of his cursed crew, a ghost as repulsive as terrifying in appearance. To avoid sealing this pact, Jack has only one solution: find Jones' cursed chest where the imprisoned souls are hidden. A race against time then begins, in which Jack will drag the fiery Will Turner and the lovely Elizabeth Swann. But they have no idea of the extent of the trials that await them this time...
