The pirates of the Seven Seas have cause for concern. Their future is gravely threatened since the terrifying Flying Dutchman and its captain, Davy Jones, sail in the service of the ambitious Lord Cutler Beckett: they scour the waves, mercilessly massacring all the pirates they encounter.
