The city of Eysine is besieged by Orc mercenaries. The situation is desperate. The king's daughter decides, against the advice of all, to go and ask the Sylvan Elves for help. As she is pursued by the Orcs, she sinks deeper and deeper into the forest, and finds refuge in a ruined citadel, a sanctuary jealously preserved by the Elves. The ancient power that haunts the place will recognize the young woman as the last descendant of the druids... What could have saved her people will be for her the most terrible of curses!
