Neo Genesis

The Neo Genesis series marks a major turning point in the history of Pokémon cards. Launched in December 2000, this 222 card expansion is the first to introduce the Pokémon of the second generation from the Johto region. Neo Genesis brings significant innovations to the game, including Baby Pokémon cards, two new energy types (Darkness and Metal), as well as Pokémon Tool cards.
