The Diamond & Pearl series, launched in 2007, marks a major turning point in the history of the Pokémon card game. The first expansion of the fourth generation, it introduces the legendary Dialga and Palkia, as well as the innovative Pokémon LV.X cards. These special cards allow you to use the abilities of the previous levels, adding a new strategic dimension to the game. The series also brings significant changes, such as the new typing of Poison and Unified Pokémon for the Darkness and Metal types. The card design evolves, reintroducing the Pokémon levels and integrating a unique numbering system (DPBP#).
