LEGO Ideas

LEGO Ideas is an innovative platform launched by The LEGO Group, revolutionizing the way LEGO sets are designed and marketed. Initiated in 2008 under the name LEGO Cuusoo, it was renamed LEGO Ideas in 2014. This initiative allows fans from around the world to submit their own creations and potentially see them transformed into official LEGO sets.

The process is simple but rigorous: creators submit their ideas, which must then receive 10,000 community votes of support to be reviewed by LEGO. Selected projects are then adapted and commercialized, offering the original creator 1% of the royalties. This approach has given birth to unique and original sets, reflecting the creativity and passion of LEGO fans.

Since its launch, LEGO Ideas has produced 72 sets, ranging from reproductions of iconic vehicles to cult movie scenes, as well as entirely original creations. This range perfectly illustrates the synergy between the LEGO brand and its community, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation in the world of bricks.
