Lise and Clovis got married and are stationed in Annecy. She is a police captain, he is a gendarmerie commander. Tom, their son, just turned 9 months old. And Marianne, Lise's mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's, lives near them on the shores of the lake in a specialized facility.
