CAPT'AIN SWING is a magazine published by Aventures & Voyages. 296 issues from July 1966 to February 1991. Format 13 x 18 cm. 132 pages. 90 collections. One of the flagship series of Mon Journal and one of the survivors today with the re-edition of the first episodes. Each of them is 64 pages except the one on the origins of the hero which was longer. The first edition ran from July 1966 to February 1991 over 296 issues. Apart from Capt'ain Swing: Puma Noir. This is an Indian (American) wrestler named Puma Noir and his mustachioed, hippie and scrawny sidekick and trainer: Bobô Lafleur. He sometimes walks around with a penguin named Hector. Another peculiarity, he always calls his friend Puma: Papa. This series disappears from Capt'ain Swing to integrate the place of the main series in Atémi. There are also other series such as Dan Panther in the early issues, Larry Yuma in the later ones or Diavolo corsaire de la Reine and the Capt'ain Vir-de-Bor as a 10-page short comic in the center of the issue.
