Charlotte, North Carolina. A city long nicknamed "the hornet's nest of America". Violence is a daily occurrence. Virginia West, the police chief, is investigating a series of murders targeting exclusively businessmen. Needless to say, she is delighted when her superior officer assigns her to patrol the city with Andy, a young journalist eager to experience the daily life of cops...
