Waluigi

With a twisted mustache and a long red nose, Waluigi has "evil" written on his forehead. He considers himself the rival of Luigi and he spent a long time working in the shadow of the Mario brothers before becoming strong enough to confront them at tennis. Although the nature of his relationship with Wario is nebulous, the pair have orchestrated several diabolical plans together.
