Dual Shock 4 GT Sport

The new controller for the PS4 is called the DUALSHOCK 4 (version 2). It has hollow analog sticks for better control. The analog triggers have also been redesigned (compared to the Dualshock 3). As for the Start and Select buttons, they give way to two other functions. A Share button allows instant sharing of information on social networks, including Facebook and Ustream. The second button, Option, groups the menus.

Improved motion detection and vibration functions are also on the program. Another improvement: the addition of a touchpad similar to the one on the back of the PS Vita.

It is finally impossible not to notice the light bar on the edge of the controller. As with the Move, it allows to locate the controller in space. A headphone jack and a speaker are also integrated.

The new Dualshock 4 includes two major innovations:

1 - From now on, when you connect your controller to your console, it communicates directly by cable. This allows you to play wired, which was not the case with the old controller. Because although plugged in, the old version Dualshock 4 controller still communicated via bluetooth.

2 - The color of your controller (under the touchpad) is now visible when you hold your controller facing you. No more need to check the player's color by tilting the controller.
