Mercs

Mercs is a shooting game released in 1991 on the SEGA Master System. Developed by Sega, it is an adaptation of the arcade game of the same name. The player embodies a heavily armed mercenary fighting in hostile environments. The gameplay focuses on frantic action and intense combat. Mercs offers a top-down and vertical scrolling view, typical of the shooting games of the time. The game is also known as Wolf of the Battlefield in certain regions.
