You can now play with Animal Crossing characters as amiibo. Experience a board game in the Animal Crossing universe with changes based on seasons and seasonal events. Invite your amiibo to participate in the party, earn happiness points, play with your friends and save your happiness points on your amiibo for an even richer gaming experience. Use Animal Crossing amiibo cards in fun mini-games. An amiibo is a "figure player" that allows you to interact directly with compatible games. Place an amiibo on the NFC contact point of the Wii U GamePad and you will discover new features! Amiibo have different effects depending on the games: you can unlock new modes, weapons or character upgrades, or even boost your amiibo's capabilities to make it an ally or a formidable enemy.
