The animated film adaptation will be available on screens starting April 13. Rio offers 40 mini-games to relive the adventures of the macaw parrot Blu, who travels to Brazil to meet Jewel, the only female blue macaw on the planet. Players, who can enter and exit the game at any time, can embody each of the 6 iconic characters from the animated film: the two heroes Blu and Jewel, as well as their friends Pedro, Raphael, Nico and Eva. 5 game modes allow you to have fun with friends or family and discover mini-games that are all more delirious than the others: create the most beautiful fireworks, dance or play music, avoid obstacles by riding on the roof of a tram through the city, shoot monkeys with soccer balls or launch projectiles at peaceful beachgoers.
