Later he will undergo an alchemical transmutation that will make him immortal. But the potion used during the ceremony was altered by the priest Ginés de Orduna. Consequently, after each resurrection, John loses all memory of himself.

Nowadays, John and Pauline are searching for an essential artifact to perfectly reproduce the ritual. During their investigation, they will have to face dangerous new protagonists eager to wrest their secrets from them...
