Vaporum - Steampunk Dungeon Crawler - Signature Edition

Vaporum is a solo Dungeon Crawler with a tile-by-tile movement that uses a first-person perspective in an original Steampunk environment. The game is inspired by old-school games like Dungeon Master 1 and 2, the Eye of the Beholder series, and more recently Legend of Grimrock 1 and 2. Stranded in the middle of the ocean, facing a gigantic tower, the hero must discover what this unusual place is, what happened there, and most importantly, who he is.

Get ready to fight: You will encounter many enemies on your way. Each type of enemy has its own strengths and weaknesses, attack and defense mechanisms; so you will have to use different tactics to defeat them. Make wise choices when you equip yourself, as the weapons differ from each other not only in their level of damage and appearance, but also in their behavior and unique bonuses.

Use a wide range of skills thanks to the gadget-based RPG system: direct attacks, area attacks... But be careful, as they are powerful, they also drain your energy. Remember that some enemies are immune to certain types of attacks, so you will have to find the best way to deal with all the encounters the game throws at you.

Solve fascinating puzzles and achieve high-level objectives where you will have to use both your intelligence and your reflexes. Although most puzzles are contained within a single room, progression objectives can cover entire levels, or even multiple levels.

Instead of increasing the capabilities of your human character, upgrade your exoskeleton. Equip yourself with various items and define your own playing style. Modify your load at any time to adapt to all kinds of unexpected situations. As your exoskeleton becomes more powerful by absorbing a special substance - the fumium - from defeated enemies, you will be able to unlock useful areas of the exo-rig, obtaining significant permanent attribute bonuses and passive skills.
