Kate Walker, a young and ambitious lawyer from New York, is entrusted with a seemingly simple mission - a short stopover to take charge of the sale of an old automaton factory hidden in the valleys of the Alps, and then back home to the US.
Little did she know that this case would turn her life upside down.
