Progress through the ocean depthsIn the Missions mode, you must accomplish underwater objectives by skillfully maneuvering your submarine with the stylus. Skillfully navigate to the destination (avoiding enemies, terrain, and obstacles) using the FORWARD, REVERSE, DIVE, and SURFACE controls. Anticipate before actingA submarine cannot accelerate or stop quickly underwater, so it is important to anticipate and plan for what may happen in the dark depths of the oceans. Carefully plan your every move to avoid collisions. A good commander is quick and able to keep their cool even under pressure... Three types of submarinesIn the Missions mode, you will take command of one of three submarines, each with distinct characteristics. Some are better at last-minute course changes, others have more destructive firepower, so choose your submarine carefully as its characteristics will help you accomplish certain missions. Observe and anticipateIt is important to accurately measure the distance to enemy vessels, their cruising speed, and their trajectory. This will allow you to estimate the best moment to fire a torpedo so that it hits its target and causes maximum damage. But the oceans are hostile environments. You will also have to contend with rough seas and reduced visibility... Scan the horizonThis mode offers intense 3D shooting sessions in which you must try to sink enemy vessels with torpedoes. The periscope view mode works thanks to the gyroscopic sensor of the Nintendo 3DS. Just turn physically while holding your Nintendo 3DS to direct the periscope. Basic submarine controls FORWARD / REVERSE (forward / backward) DIVE / SURFACE (descend / ascend) The basic submarine controls are performed using two levers Torpedo FireTorpedoes can be used to attack enemy vessels or giant creatures of the underwater depths. Mayday! Taking on water!If your vessel sustains damage, it will start taking on water, preventing you from controlling your submarine. Touch the leaks to repair them quickly! Move your vessels like chess pieceThe Naval Battle mode has some basic rules: - Vessel movement is turn-based - At the start of each battle, the commanders cannot see the enemy fleet. Only submarines can enter enemy territory - Submarines can use sonar to detect nearby enemy vessels. However, using sonar will reveal the submarine's position. The battle begins as soon as a hostile vessel is discovered - Victory is declared when all reinforcement vessels or the opponent's submarines have been sunk
