Shenmue I & II

A quest for vengeance. In 1986, the young jujitsu artist Ryo Hazuki returns to his father Iwao Hazuki's dojo, where he witnesses his father's murder by a Chinese man named Lan Di. Lan Di has stolen a mysterious artifact known as the Dragon Mirror. Ryo then swears to avenge his father's death and sets out to pursue Lan Di. The first game in the Shenmue series chronicles the beginning of Ryo's journey as he travels around Yokosuka, Japan, to gather clues about his father's murder and must confront ruthless gangsters along the way. In the sequel Shenmue II, Ryo's quest continues as he crosses the seas to reach Hong Kong, China. Ryo delves deeper into the criminal underworld and meets martial arts masters who will aid him on his journey and provide him with crucial information about his father's murder. Ryo must then unravel the mysteries of the Dragon Mirror, which his father had kept secret.
