After surviving the Raccoon City incident that occurred in previous episodes, Claire now works for Terra Save, an organization that fights bioterrorism. Moira Burton, a new recruit and the daughter of the legendary Barry Burton, is awaiting her welcome party when unidentified armed forces invade the organization's offices. Claire and Moira are knocked out and wake up hours later, detained in a gloomy, abandoned place. They will have to work together to discover who kidnapped them and for what purpose...
