Red Faction: Guerrilla

In 2001 and then 2003, Red Faction led us to Mars where the struggle for freedom was raging. This year, you return to the red planet where the liberators of the EDF (Earth Defense Force) have become an occupying force overexploiting the resources of the red planet. And this following the collapse of the Earth's economy... This time, Red Faction: Guerrilla takes place in an open environment. Mars is divided into six sectors. You play the role of a demolition expert whose brother is killed by the EDF during a sabotage operation. Wanted, you find yourself engaged with the resistance... Deploy all the strategies of guerrilla warfare: ambushes, sabotage and surprise attacks. Each zone has a control gauge. By lowering it, new partisans will join you, and missions will be unlocked until the complete takeover of the sector. Also count on many side quests... As in the previous games in the series, the developers have designed a fully destructible environment. All buildings, tanks, walls, pipes can be reduced to rubble. With a hammer, with mines, with a rocket launcher or with a disintegrator: nothing will resist you. And the debris fragments will be used to modify your weapons with a resistance handyman. Take control of a tank, an aircraft or even a Mech and use their power to ravage the enemy's fortifications... Use the ability to destroy buildings, create openings in walls to surprise your opponents during encounters pitting up to 16 players in multiplayer...
