Once per turn, during each player's turn, you can send 1 "Raging Abyss" monster from your hand to the GY, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, until the end of this turn, the target loses ATK/DEF equal to the ATK/DEF of the "Raging Abyss" monster sent to the GY this way. If this card is sent from the field to the GY, you can target 1 card on the field; send it to the GY.
