Once per turn, during each player's turn, when a card or effect is activated, you can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If this card controlled by its owner is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or by a card effect), you can Special Summon 1 "Dracoassassin" monster and 1 "Dracolordy" monster from your Deck.
