Collection: Heritage When Jean Dupuis created Spirou, he wanted to launch, with this character, a youth magazine that would provide children with healthy readings, not devoid of moral precepts. It remained to embody it graphically and it was the Parisian Robert Velter, known as Rob-Vel, who was responsible for drawing the little bellboy from Charleroi, whose adventures he recounted from 1938 to 1943. The entirety of these stories are gathered here for the first time in color.
