Jacques Sullivent - known as Sulli - is in the eyes of all the inhabitants of Monstropolis a true elite Terror. Assisted by Robert Razowski, alias Bob, a funny little green cyclops, he has no equal in horrifying the children. This great monster knows like no one else how to petrify and terrorize without ever touching, since any physical contact with a human child would be fatal.
