In the 22nd century, humanity lives peacefully under the control of supercomputers. Elenore is one of these countless cities in the galaxy controlled by one of them: Brian. But one day, this supercomputer comes to fail and causes the near-destruction of the giant tower that houses it. This is when Kei and Yuri, two agents of the WWWA (World Welfare Works Association), intervene. Aided by the mutant cat Mughi and the robot Nammo, those known as the Dirty Pair or the Lovely Angels are always ready to solve the most thorny problems with grace but not without some collateral damage...
