Le Lièvre et la Tortue

The animals gather to watch the race between the hare Max Hare and the tortoise Toby Tortoise. The hare takes advantage of his natural speed to get ahead of the tortoise. On the way, he cannot resist stopping in front of Miss Cottonmail's school to court two pupils and demonstrate his skills. After solo baseball and tennis exercises, and having forgotten his race against the tortoise, he discovers at the last minute that Toby is close to the finish line. The latter, cheered on by the crowd, wins the race.
