In this fifth episode, Death is still as omnipresent and unleashes itself after a man falls victim to a terrible premonition, which allows his colleagues to be saved from the collapse of a suspension bridge. This group of innocent souls was not supposed to survive, and in a terrifying race against time, these unfortunates frantically try to find a way to escape Death's sinister agenda.
