Dressed in her famous Harlequin costume, Harley Quinn first appeared in 1992 in the animated series Batman The Animated Series. A promising psychiatrist, Dr. Harleen Quinzel works at the Arkham Asylum. It is there that she meets the Joker, a subject of examination who becomes her obsession. The Joker takes advantage of this to gain the upper hand over her: the psychiatrist falls in love with her patient, helps him escape from the asylum, and dedicates herself to making him happy. She thus becomes Harley Quinn, an unpredictable and terribly seductive villain. After meeting Poison Ivy, she becomes immune to poison.

This statuette on a base represents her in her original appearance from the animated series. In her black and red costume, she smiles while holding her gun prominently in her right hand.
