What a strange country the Famous Five have chosen to camp in! Francois, Claude, Mick and Annie, accompanied by the faithful Dagobert, have barely pitched their tent at the top of Mont-Perdu when they discover that the region is far from peaceful. What is this enigmatic air base, hidden among the hills? And what to make of the butterfly breeders who occupy the neighboring farm? The insects seem to interest them much less than the planes taking off from the mysterious airport... For the Five, one thing is certain: the mystery looms!
